Low-carb must have

I like using veggies to make noodles that I can drench in my fav low-carb pasta sauces. All you have to do is cut off the ends of the zucchini and center it on the spiralizer and crank away. The ribbon would be great for making cucumber salads. I really love this and look forward to many delicious meals.

I was excited to replace my old, handheld spiralizer for this new one. The blades are very sharp and do a fantastic job cutting into the vegetables. One of my favorite aspects is that it's very easy to clean and take apart. Since the blades do such a nice job cutting, I was literally only left with a small core of the vegetable so I could really use the whole vegetable.
